One-Stop Shop for Handyman, Cleaning and Remodeling Services

Good afternoon - I’m writing you today to provide a reference/recommendation for Mr. Cesar Barriga and his company Clean House, LLC. I own apartment buildings in Wheat Ridge and North Lakewood Colorado, totaling 43 units. Over the past several months several of my units have needed major remodeling, as well as new flooring and general cleanup. I was referred to Mr. Barriga through a property manager that I trust. I asked him to bid on a project for one of my apartments. He won the bid and did a terrific job with quality workmanship and a quick finish. Since then I’ve used him again with the same results. He’s currently working on another project for me, a complete gut and remodel of a bathroom. He was able to start demolition and get going on the project the same day that I gave him approval.

I hired Cesar for a full remodel of a 4 bedroom, 2 bath rental unit that renovated all parts of the interior, including kitchens and bathrooms. Cesar was cost-competitive, began the work promptly and worked the project straight through to completion, delivering a rent-ready unit within the promised timeline. My property is also a duplex, and the crew was conscientious with the next door unit in what could potentially have been a disruptive project for neighboring tenants. I would recommend Cesar and Clean House for future projects.

Their cleaning team is really dedicated and professional. They always look great and their attitude is respectful and optimistic. We are always happy to have them here. The results can’t get any better.
